expanded message
Some products need a moment. Discovery, consultation, testing, education, and storytelling all shape how a customer connects with a brand. The right retail environment can slow someone down, invite interaction, create privacy, encourage touch, and make the product feel more meaningful.
what this means for your project
Experience-driven retail is not about adding more things.
It is about designing the right moments. We help brands create fixtures and environments that support how customers browse, pause, compare, ask questions, and connect with the product.
project / process highlight
estee lauder, la mer
a beauty experience shaped through detail.
For La Mer’s prototype shop-in-shop at Macy’s Herald Square, VE helped translate an ultra-luxury beauty experience into a compact retail environment defined by sculptural forms, luminous finishes, and precise fixture detailing. The double-sided privacy screen, hand-finished gradient surfaces, and radius-driven millwork created a setting that felt intimate, refined, and considered from every angle.
