Lululemon’s SoHo flagship became more than a single retail environment. It helped establish a new fixture language that could support future locations with consistency, flexibility, and performance. VE translated the concept into a highly engineered program with proprietary pill-shaped metal hardware, curved long-span shelving, concealed steel reinforcement, column-wrapping fixtures, and modular components designed to adapt across locations.
